FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS
Each of our floral arrangements is carefully handcrafted using premium preserved and dried botanicals. Due to the delicate nature of these materials, proper care is essential to maintain their beauty and longevity.
As we are unable to control the environment in which our arrangements are displayed, Luxury Designs by Alaa cannot accept responsibility for any damage, discolouration, shedding, or deterioration once an item has left our studio.
Please note that all floral arrangements, including custom creations, are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any floral purchases. We kindly ask that you review all product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order.
To prolong the life of your arrangement, keep it indoors, away from direct sunlight, moisture, humidity, and excessive handling.

CUSHIONS & THROWS
Our cushions and throws are crafted using carefully selected premium and delicate fabrics. To preserve their quality and appearance, we recommend handling all items with care and following the provided care instructions.
We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Eligible returns will be issued as an exchange or store credit only.
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if an item shows signs of use, damage, staining, odours, washing, or excessive handling.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.
